What exactly is in it?
Eight ingredients, every amount on the label: Tongkat Ali 200 mg, ashwagandha 600 mg, fenugreek 600 mg, saffron 28 mg, magnesium 200 mg, zinc 15 mg, boron 10 mg and vitamin D3 2,000 IU. No proprietary blends, no stimulants, zero sugar.
How do I take it?
One scoop in 8 to 12 oz of cold water, once a day. Morning or after training both work. The only rule is the same time every day.
Will it raise my testosterone?
ALTO is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and we don't promise lab numbers. Its ingredients were chosen because human studies at these doses supported healthy testosterone, drive and stress response in men.* If you have symptoms of low testosterone, see a doctor. ALTO works alongside that, not instead of it.
Is it safe? Any side effects?
Every ingredient is at or below the amount used in its human studies, and the vitamins and minerals sit under their tolerable upper limits. Not for anyone under 18. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
Does it have caffeine or sugar?
No stimulants of any kind, zero sugar, and about 10 calories a serving. You can take it at night.
What does it taste like?
Taste is the whole reason this is a drink and not five capsules. We're running a blind taste-off between Classic Lemonade, White Peach and Orange, and founding members vote on which ships first.

Every batch gets identity, potency and microbial testing from accredited third-party labs. Heavy-metal screening and banned-substance certification are on the roadmap, and we publish each certificate as it's issued rather than claiming it early.
