Men's testosterone has been falling for decades. I started ALTO to push back.
Population studies have tracked it since the 1980s: the average man today has lower testosterone than a man the same age did a generation ago, and the decline shows up even in men in their twenties and thirties at a normal weight. Lower drive, flatter energy, slower recovery. Things that used to belong to a man in his fifties are turning up in guys who haven't hit thirty.
What bothers me most is the response. More and more men skip straight to testosterone replacement, clinics and injections, without ever trying to raise what their own body makes.
